The curriculum starts with the science of PDO threads, then moves through targeted lessons for the upper face, midface, lower face, neck and décolleté.
PDO fundamentals: thread composition, collagen science and the role of mono and screw threads. Clinical foundations: thread mechanics, tissue response and the principles behind a considered treatment plan.

Kay Arani, BBA, BDiv, RN
Known as Threadmaster Kay, Kay Arani brings more than 30 years of experience across beauty, fashion and medical aesthetics to her teaching.
A licensed nurse, educator, business owner and founder of Precizion Threads, Kay combines clinical experience with an eye for facial balance. Her training in Korea shaped her approach to PDO thread technique.

This training is intended for licensed medical professionals, including registered nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and medical doctors. You should already have a foundation in facial anatomy and aseptic technique.
